Realtor of the Year Nomination

Greater Augusta Association of REALTORS, Inc.

Criteria: Please list the following Achievements and Contributions:
  • (a) REALTOR Spirit: Faithfulness to principles of organized real estate, laws and regulations of GAAR and NAR Code of Ethics; efforts to encourage good real estate practice among REALTORS; time spent promoting the real estate profession.
  • (b) Activity in State and National Association of REALTORS: Committee work, seminar activity and educational work, membership and offices held in local chapters, institutes or councils. (GAAR will add local service, committees, RPAC contributor, etc.)
  • (c) Activity in Civic Affairs: Local, state and national participation in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, political action, fraternal or religious groups.
  • (d) Business Accomplishments: Public recognition of business conduct, service to clients, rehabilitation work, land utilization, etc.
  • (e) A minimum of 12 sold and closed transactions during the award period of 11/1 to 10/31. The committee will obtain list from Broker if needed.
Nominee cannot have violation(s) of the Code of Ethics within previous 2 year period. Please be sure all information listed applies to the current one year period only.
